Cancellations & Non-Attendance

Appointments cancelled by phone or email more than 48 hours beforehand are not charged.  Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or non-attendance, will be charged at the full session rate as it is then difficult to offer the appointment to another client.
 
If I have to cancel an appointment for which a fee has already been paid, then you will, of course, be entitled to a full refund or we can reschedule the appointment.  

Terms and Conditions

A document detailing all of my terms and conditions will be sent to you before the initial assessment and a signed copy will be collected prior to the assessment.
